The Solid S2 Industrial LED High Bay UFO delivers powerful luminous output in a very compact space thanks to the latest-generation advances and technologies it incorporates.
It features high-efficiency, energy-saving EPISTAR SMD 2835 LEDs which, together with the rest of the high-quality components it includes, achieve a luminaire performance of up to 120 lm/W.
Its innovative aluminium-finished heatsink keeps the operating temperature stable and optimally dissipates the heat generated by converting electrical energy into light.
Its slim design allows this luminaire to be used in all types of industrial facilities, both indoors and outdoors, even in the most demanding conditions. It is used in all kinds of industrial or work areas, such as industrial units, workshops, factories, warehouses or car parks.
The LED High Bay for industrial units is particularly attractive in professional settings because of the savings it provides in terms of energy consumption and luminaire maintenance. It also stands out for its instant, flicker-free start-up, which allows activity to resume immediately after, for example, a power cut.
The Solid system is based on Driver on Board (DOB) technology, which integrates the driver directly onto the LED board. Unlike traditional systems that use replaceable external drivers, products with DOB technology are more compact and lighter.
One of the key advantages of the DOB driver is that it reduces the number of components and enables a more automated manufacturing process, simplifying and lowering production costs. This approach makes it possible to offer much more affordable LED luminaires without compromising product quality, as DOB drivers can be as reliable as, or even more reliable than, some external drivers. This technology is an excellent option for applications seeking an economical and efficient solution.
