Methods of Payment

Ledkia has made available these various methods of payment so that you can choose whichever suits your needs:

Credit card

Ledkia accepts payments made through VISA or verified by VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode. The bank that issues the card must be on British Territory.

When ordering, clients will provide their credit card details, which will be directly stored in the 4B gateway during the purchase procedure. Ledkia does not store any information regarding credit cards. For internal company reasons, collection management is done through Santander Bank, this having no implications for the client.

PayPal

Clients will be able to make purchases through the PayPal payment system. This service will have an additional surcharge of 2,7% + £ 0,35, which is applied to the total price of the order, as shown in the breakdown of the price.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Clients can pay the full amount of the order in cash when the product is delivered to the destination specified by the client when placing the order.
Ledkia retains full ownership of the goods in question until the price has been paid for in full, including possible errors of the sales agent or the transport courier. The limit for purchasing via ‘Cash on Delivery’ will be £ 600 (VAT incl.) per order.

Any purchase made via COD will have an additional cost of 3.5% + a minimal £ 6.00.

**If the Client chooses Cash On Delivery, this method does not reserve the items if they aren't in stock, LEDKIA's policy is to only reserve items which have been paid for (Bank transfer, PayPal or Credit card).

Bank Transfer / Payment to account

These methods of payment consist of bank transfers and payments to account of the total of the order price in favour of the bank account owned by Ledkia; in both cases, the client must use the order number as a payment reference. Orders made using method that are not paid in full into Ledkias bank account within 7 days after the order has been placed will be automatically cancelled after the expiration date has passed. It is important to remember that some banks may take 1-2 business days to make the transfer effective, and payments to account may take a minimum of 24 hours to be registered in our system.
