Description

The 10kV Surge Protector is designed for the Stadium floodlight. The product is fully sealed, waterproof, dustproof and IP67 rated.

It is important to protect our LED floodlights from high energy electrical discharges that are transmitted to the floodlight itself or to the electricity grid. High energy electrical discharges consist of electrical noise created by other electrical devices that are connected on the same electrical network such as motors, industrial equipment, electrical flashovers, lightning striking nearby electrical networks or buildings and transferring high electrical energy to the fixtures.

Depending on the application, when purchasing and installing outdoor LED fixtures, it is imperative that this new LED lighting solution is equipped with a surge protection device.
