Description
The HUAWEI SUN2000 single-phase hybrid solar inverter with dual MPPT is designed to optimise the performance of residential or small business photovoltaic installations. Its main function is to convert the direct current (DC) generated by solar panels into alternating current (AC) suitable for self-consumption. Additionally, it manages the charging of high-voltage lithium batteries (400V), allowing surplus energy to be stored for later use.
Advanced Technology and High Performance
Manufactured by Huawei, a leader in technology and energy solutions, this inverter features intelligent solar panel optimisation, real-time monitoring via a mobile app (iOS/Android), and integrated Wi-Fi and RS232 connectivity. It offers efficiency rates of up to 98.5% and stable operation even in harsh environments such as high temperatures, snow, or sandstorms. It also includes arc fault protection (CGC L4 certified), ensuring safe shutdown in under 0.5 seconds, minimising fire risk.
Flexible Energy Management
The inverter can operate with or without batteries, supplying energy directly to the system or storing it for nighttime or low-generation periods. Its hybrid architecture enables the combination of energy from solar panels, batteries, and the electrical grid, ensuring uninterrupted power supply even during grid outages, thanks to its integration with ESS and Smart Guard systems.
Compatibility and Safety
This model is exclusively compatible with high-voltage lithium batteries: Huawei LUNA2000 (360V/400V DC) and LG RESU 7H/10H. It is not compatible with Pylontech batteries. To prevent surplus energy from being fed back into the grid, a compatible power meter (not included) is required, or the storage capacity must be increased. Its EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) certified according to IEC standards ensures interference-free operation, posing no risk to household equipment or users.
