Assembly and Installation of the 100m LED Neon Reel 12V 110 LED/m Warm White 12mm Width Freecut for Signs
Base Preparation with Groove: Choose an acrylic (methacrylate) or wooden board and create a 12mm groove to house the diffuser with the LED strip. Acrylic is highly recommended due to its ability to amplify the neon’s brightness.
LED Strip Features: The included LED strip is of the FreeCut type, which means you can cut it every 1 LED. This flexibility allows you to customise your signs with complete freedom and precision.
Placing the Diffuser with LED Strip: Insert the LED strip, already embedded, inside the diffuser in the groove of the chosen board. Make sure the assembly is well fitted and aligned.
