Characteristics of the ARTEMIDE Eclisse Table Lamp

The Eclisse Table Lamp is a lamp designed in 1965 by Vico Magistretti for the Italian furniture and lighting company Artemide which began production in 1967. It is one of the most important products of 20th century industrial design and has become one of the symbols of Italian design in the world. The tabletop is part of the permanent collection of the Triennale Design Museum in Milan, the permanent collection of the MoMA in New York and has been exhibited in numerous museums dedicated to design, contemporary art and furniture all over the world. It was awarded the Golden Compass Award in 1967.

It is widely used in settings as varied as dining rooms, bedrooms, living rooms and more.
