DALI-2 Dry Contact Controller Compatible with Push Button

The DALI-2 dry contact controller is designed to convert signals from conventional push buttons into digital commands compatible with DALI-2 control systems. It is an ideal solution for integrators, installers, and technicians who wish to retain traditional mechanical push buttons in modern installations with centralised control. Its compact design makes it suitable for embedding in switch boxes, technical enclosures, or even inside luminaries, enabling discreet and efficient integration in both new and retrofit projects.

DALI-2 Protocol Compatibility

This device functions as a 4-channel dry contact input interface, capable of sending commands to the DALI bus based on signals received from push buttons, relays, or voltage-free sensors. It complies with DALI-2 specifications, ensuring interoperability with certified gateways, controllers, and drivers. Each input can be configured to send different commands such as on/off, dimming, scene activation, and other customisable functions.

Flexible and Safe Installation

Thanks to its compact size and direct connection to the DALI bus (non-polarized), this module can be easily installed behind standard switches or in junction boxes. The push-in terminals allow for quick and secure wiring, compatible with commonly used cable sizes in control installations. No external power supply is required, as it is powered directly from the DALI bus, minimising additional components and simplifying on-site installation.

Advanced Programming and Functionality

The controller allows individual programming of each of its four channels, offering high versatility in complex applications. Using DALI-2 configuration software, the installer can define the specific response of each input—from a simple toggle to triggering complex scenes or controlling groups.
