Assembly and Installation of the 100m Neon LED 12V Coil 110 LED/m Blue 12mm Width Freecut for Signs
Base Preparation with Groove: Choose an acrylic (methacrylate) or wooden board and create a 12mm groove to house the diffuser with the LED strip. Acrylic is highly recommended due to its ability to amplify the neon’s brightness.
LED Strip Features: The included LED strip is of the FreeCut type, which means you can cut it every 1 LED. This flexibility allows you to customise your signs with complete freedom and precision.
Placement of the Diffuser with LED Strip: Insert the LED strip already embedded inside the diffuser into the groove of the chosen board. Make sure the assembly is well fitted and aligned.
