The 240W Premium 160lm/W LED Floodlight INVENTRONICS Dimmable 1-10V Pyros is a high-performance luminaire designed for demanding applications such as padel courts, industrial warehouses and large outdoor areas where power, durability and efficiency are required. Its salt-corrosion-resistant coating makes it ideal for installations in harsh environments, such as coastal areas or industrial spaces exposed to humidity and corrosive agents.
This LED floodlight integrates the renowned LUMILEDS 5050 light source—a brand acquired by Philips—which ensures powerful, uniform illumination with high efficiency of 160 lm/W. Its driver, from the brand INVENTRONICS, offers reliability and versatility, being dimmable via 1-10V signal and supporting momentary input voltages of 100-277V AC. This driver incorporates protection against surges up to 10 kV, short circuits, overloads and overheating, ensuring optimal, safe performance even in extreme conditions.
The aluminium housing is equipped with a special salt-corrosion-resistant paint, making it ideal for coastal environments and harsh conditions. In addition, its 304 stainless steel screws increase its corrosion resistance, ensuring a long service life. The luminaire also features front maintenance, allowing the cover to be easily removed to replace the driver or carry out maintenance tasks without complications.
The floodlight incorporates a Type 3 S1 (130x60) lens, specifically designed for lighting broad, uniform areas. This lens provides a rectangular light distribution, ideal for streets, car parks, sports areas, industrial estates and other open spaces where homogeneous lighting without dark spots is required. Its optical design reduces light spill, maximising system efficiency.
Thanks to its asymmetric optics, this floodlight can be installed in a fully horizontal position, optimising performance without light loss. This feature is key in sports installations, especially on padel courts, where uniform lighting without glare is desired.
Typically, a padel court has 4 posts. Installing one 240W floodlight on each post achieves complete illumination, allowing direct replacement of conventional metal halide projectors without compromising light quality. In addition, this floodlight has a ULOR below 0.1%, which means it does not generate light pollution, avoiding disturbance to neighbours and complying with light efficiency regulations in residential areas.
The Pyros Floodlight holds the stringent TÜV certification, ensuring compliance with the strictest European standards in terms of quality and safety. Moreover, its IP66 rating makes it resistant to water and dust, while its IK08 protection rating ensures resistance to mechanical impacts, making it suitable for outdoor use under any weather conditions.
