For what purpose do we process your personal data and for how long?

When a user connects to this website, for example to make a purchase, subscribe to the newsletter, make a query in our contact section or comment on a post on our blog, they are providing personal information for which PRISMICA, S.L. is responsible:

• Manage the purchase you make through the web, as well as the corresponding invoicing and delivery.

What is the legitimacy for processing?

The legal basis for the processing of your data by PRISMICA, S.L. is found in the consent of the interested party: the user, upon registering in any of our sections, gives express consent to the processing of his/her personal data.

The management of the purchase of products, payment, invoicing and corresponding shipments, is legitimated by the execution of the contract itself.

The processing of data for the purpose of sending newsletters about new products and news related to our commercial activity is based on the legitimate interest of PRISMICA, S.L. to carry out such processing in accordance with current regulations. The legitimacy for the processing of your technical data provided by you is based on your consent when submitting the project or technical data, which you may withdraw at any time, although this would imply the non-management of such data and the possibility of not being able to finalise your technical study. And what about our blog?

The user may publish comments on those articles on the blog http://blog.ledkia.com/ that allow it. The personal data entered in the form to insert these comments will be used exclusively to moderate, publish and respond to them.

PRISMICA, S.L. is not responsible for the opinions expressed by third parties on the blog, and reserves the right to delete comments that may be offensive, inappropriate or denigrating. It also reserves the right to block and prevent future comments from the authors of such comments.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Information we collect from third parties

If you log into Ledkia using a third-party application such as Facebook or Google, you authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your encrypted username and login credentials, as well as any other information available through the third-party application account, including the following:

Facebook gives you the option to register and login using your Facebook account. If you register using Facebook, Facebook will ask you for permission to share certain information from your Facebook account with Ledkia. This information includes your Facebook user ID, first name, last name, email address (optional), gender, location, time zone, birthday and profile picture. Facebook collects this information and provides it to Ledkia in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in Facebook's Privacy Policy. You will be able to control the information we receive from Facebook through your Facebook account data and privacy settings. If you have registered using Facebook in error, you can delete your account from the Account section of the website at any time, or contact us at gdpr@ledkia.co.uk.

Google - You can register and login to Ledkia using your Google account. If you register using Google, Google will give you permission to share certain information from your Google account with Ledkia. This information includes your Google email address, date of birth (optional), gender (optional) and avatar (optional). Google collects this information and provides it to Ledkia in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Google's Privacy Policy. You may control the information we receive from Google by using Google's activity monitoring system. If you have registered using Google in error, you may delete your account from the Account section of the website at any time, or contact us at gdpr@ledkia.co.uk.

Apple - You can register and log into Ledkia using your Apple ID. If you register you will be authorizing Apple to provide Ledkia with the necessary information to carry out the operations contracted by us. You will be able to control the information we receive from Apple using Apple's activity control. If you have registered in error using your Apple account you can delete your account from the account settings section at any time or contact us at gdpr@ledkia.co.uk.

By virtue of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 27 April 2016, we inform you that the data provided will be incorporated into the Prismica SL database, the purpose of which is to register you as a customer and to be able to process online orders through our website.
