This Rebate Policy applies to all customers who maintain an active commercial relationship and who meet the conditions defined in this document.
For the purposes of this policy, a Rebate is understood to mean the retroactive commercial discount granted by PRISMICA S.L to its customers, based on the total volume of purchases made during the previous calendar year.
This discount is annual in nature and will be calculated once the corresponding fiscal year has closed, taking into account only purchases that have been both invoiced and paid. Any returns made during the reference period will be deducted from the total purchase volume used for the calculation.
Each year, PRISMICA S.L will review and assess the eligibility of each customer for rebate application, with the purpose of verifying compliance with the requirements for access to rebates.
PRISMICA S.L will issue the corresponding rebate statements to eligible customers in January of each year. For clarification, these rebates will be based on the invoiced turnover of the previous year, after applying any corresponding returns recorded during that period.
To qualify for the corresponding rebate, the customer must be up to date with all invoice payments at the time the rebate calculation period closes.
Any rebate not used within the established utilization period will expire in full and cannot be used thereafter.
The rebate granted will generate a corrective invoice, and the eligible customer must apply the rebate (hereinafter referred to as the compensation) within the first six months of the year following the year used for the rebate calculation.
The indicated compensation may only be applied to orders exceeding € 500.
Compensation will be applied according to the payment method pre-established by the eligible customer. The available methods of compensation are as follows:
Once the corrective invoice has been issued, the customer may deduct its amount from future purchases made within the authorized compensation period.
To make this compensation effective, the customer must notify our commercial department of their intention to use the rebate.
Once the corrective invoice has been issued, PRISMICA S.L will offset its amount against the invoices to be issued under the customer’s chosen payment method, i.e., direct debit.
This compensation may be applied in a single instance or in several installments, always within the established compensation period for the rebate.
In the case of card payments, PRISMICA S.L will issue a credit corresponding to the rebate once the billing in the current year exceeds the rebate amount.
PRISMICA S.L reserves the right to review and modify this policy whenever deemed appropriate, notifying customers of any changes at least 30 days in advance.
The Customer declares that they have read and fully understood this Rebate Policy, expressly accepting each and every one of the conditions stated herein.
By signing this document, the Customer acknowledges their full agreement and adherence to this Policy and undertakes to comply with it within the framework of their commercial relationship with PRISMICA S.L.
