This Rebate Policy applies to all customers who maintain an active commercial relationship and meet the conditions defined in this document.
For the purposes of this policy, a Rebate is understood as the retroactive commercial discount granted by PRISMICA S.L to its customers based on the total volume of purchases made during the previous calendar year.
The stated discount will be annual and calculated once the corresponding fiscal year has closed, taking into account only purchases that have been both invoiced and paid. Returns made during the reference period will be deducted from the total purchase volume used for this calculation.
Each year, PRISMICA S.L will conduct a study to determine the rebate applicable to each customer who has previously agreed to this policy.
PRISMICA S.L will issue the corresponding rebates to participating customers in January of each year. For clarification, these rebates will be based on the total invoiced sales from the previous year, after deducting any returns made during that period.
The communication of each annual rebate will constitute an annex to this policy from the moment it is issued. For the annex to become fully valid, it must be expressly accepted by the customer through a signed acknowledgment.
To be eligible for the corresponding rebate, the customer must be up to date with all invoice payments at the time the rebate calculation period closes.
The granted rebate will generate a corrective invoice, and the participating customer must process the rebate (hereinafter referred to as “compensation”) within the first six months of the year following the reference year used for the rebate calculation.
The compensation will be applied according to the customer’s pre-established payment method. The possible forms of compensation are as follows:
Once the corrective invoice has been issued, the customer will proceed to deduct its amount from future purchases, provided these occur within the granted compensation period.
Once the corrective invoice has been issued, PRISMICA S.L will apply the rebate by offsetting it against the amounts of the direct debit payments to be issued according to the payment method chosen by the customer, i.e., direct debit.
This compensation may be applied in a single instance or in multiple installments, always within the rebate’s established compensation period.
In the case of the card payment method, PRISMICA S.L will issue a credit for the corresponding rebate once the current year’s invoicing exceeds the rebate amount.
PRISMICA S.L reserves the right to review and modify this policy whenever deemed necessary, notifying any changes at least 30 days in advance.
The customer declares that they have read and fully understood this REBATE POLICY and expressly accept all conditions set forth herein.
By signing this document, the customer confirms their full agreement and adherence to this policy, committing to comply with it within the framework of the commercial relationship with PRISMICA S.L.
As proof of acceptance and for all applicable legal purposes, the customer signs this REBATE POLICY.
