Assembly and Installation of the 100m Coil 12V 110 LED/m Neon LED Freecut for Neon Signs 12mm Wide

Recessed base preparation: Start by using a methacrylate or wooden plate. Make an 12mm recess specifically designed to house and fix the LED strip and the silicone diffuser. It is preferable to use methacrylate because its transparency intensifies the luminosity of the neon.

LED Strip Features: The included LED strip is a FreeCut strip, which means you can cut every 1 LED. This flexibility allows you to customise your signs with complete freedom and precision.

Positioning the LED Strip Diffuser: Insert the LED strip already embedded in the diffuser into the groove of the chosen plate. Make sure that the assembly is well adjusted and aligned. Mould, cut and adjust the Neon according to the design you have foreseen in the recess, allowing the creation of words or patterns with great detail and style.
