SAMSUNG New Aero Slim 20W LED Downlight CCT Selectable 130lm/W Microprismatic (URG17) LIFUD with Ø 155 mm Cut-Out

The SAMSUNG New Aero Slim 20W LED Downlight CCT Selectable 130lm/W Microprismatic (URG17) LIFUD with Ø 155 mm Cut-Out is an option for general lighting of commercial spaces with excellent lighting properties. The light can be varied from a cosy warm white to a relaxed cool white to adapt the room to the desired requirements. Before installation, a selector can be used to choose between Warm (WW), Neutral (NW) or Cool (CW) light.

It comes equipped with a special diffusor in the shape of a bee hive, which scatters light and guarantees a glare factor below UGR<17 (no glare). A low UGR level will increase the wellness levels and will reduce fatigue. This improves workplace performance like in restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, showrooms, residences or museums.

It incorporates different high-performance components like a LIFUD driver and highly efficient LED chips. A round cut-out will be required on the surface on which it's installed. It's made of aluminium, which contributes to the improved durability of the luminaire.

What is CCT (Correlated Colour Temperature)?

When a product is marked as CCT it means that the colour temperature can be changed. CCT is defined in degrees Kelvin, according to the colour perception of a white LED to the human eye, we can differentiate them into 3 types of colour; warm white, daylight and cool white, which range from 2700-3500K, 4000-4500K and 5000-6500K. The CCT values do not indicate anything about the colour rendering ability of the LED.
