An LED driver is responsible for transforming the alternating current from the mains into direct current suitable for making the LED chips shine. To find out if a driver is going to work with our luminaire, PCB or panel we should consult the voltage and output current of the driver.

This driver has a multi-voltage input. This means that it is able to withstand surges and dips in line voltage for a short period of time without damage. In addition, its output is also multi-voltage which means that it can deliver a constant voltage within a range allowing the same driver to be used for a variety of applications with different current and voltage requirements. Once the driver is powered, the voltage is automatically adjusted and the output voltage is constant.
